Terms of Service

A short, plain-English contract between you and Source365. Use the service responsibly, review what the AI produces before sending, and you keep control of your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Source365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Source365 is an Outlook Add-in that uses AI to analyse procurement emails, find global suppliers, and send outreach emails on your behalf via your Microsoft account.

3. Account and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI-Generated Content

Supplier search results and draft emails are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending emails or making business decisions based on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Source365 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting help@source365.io.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
