What happens after the 14-day Professional trial?
There is no automatic charge. You continue on Source365 Free with 40 supplier credits/month, and your saved RFQs and sourcing history stay in your account. Upgrade any time for more credits and Professional features such as quote comparison, counter-offers and customer-ready markup.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when I run out of supplier credits?
You'll see a banner suggesting an upgrade. 1 supplier credit = 1 supplier delivered by a search, and each sourcing category returns up to 10. You can upgrade instantly to continue.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Annual plans are billed for the year. Cancel anytime to stop renewal.
Do you offer annual plans?
Choose annual billing to save up to 20.7% compared to monthly, based on the current Stripe prices.
How do Business seats work?
Business is billed per workspace, not per seat. It includes up to 5 team members sharing one shared 2,200-credit monthly pool.
