A few things before you start
What happens after I continue with Microsoft?
Your Source365 account is created first. Then, from this page, open Microsoft Marketplace, choose Get it now and complete Microsoft’s installation steps.
Open an email in Outlook, choose Apps or All Apps in the message toolbar, then Source365. Some Outlook versions place Apps under the … menu. Use the same Microsoft account throughout.
Which Outlook account do I need?
Both personal Microsoft accounts (including Outlook.com and Hotmail) and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts are supported. Use the Microsoft account for the mailbox you want to use with Source365, and use the same account when registering, installing the add-in and opening it in Outlook.
Use Outlook on the web or a supported Outlook desktop app. Work or school mailboxes need Exchange Online. Outlook mobile is not part of the current Source365 release.
When does my 14-day trial start?
Your trial starts with your first successful email analysis in Source365. Creating your account, installing the add-in or waiting for IT approval does not use up your trial. No credit card is required.
What access does Source365 need?
Microsoft sign-in connects your account and asks for permission to read email, send email on your behalf and maintain the connection. Source365 uses this for inquiry analysis, supplier outreach and processing supplier replies. You review your RFQs and choose who to send them to. Microsoft shows the requested permissions before you approve. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Will I need approval from my IT team?
For a work or school account, this depends on your organisation’s Microsoft 365 policies. If Microsoft asks for administrator approval, share this page with your IT team. Administrators can deploy Source365 to selected users through Microsoft 365 Integrated Apps. Personal Outlook.com and Hotmail accounts do not require an organisation’s IT administrator.

First finish the installation in Microsoft Marketplace. Refresh Outlook on the web or restart the desktop app, then open an email and check Apps. Some central deployments can take 24–72 hours to appear; you can check straight away. A Marketplace click does not confirm that installation is complete. Microsoft’s deployment guide explains these delays.
What happens after the trial?
Your 14-day Professional trial ends automatically and there is no automatic charge. You’ll continue on Source365 Free with 40supplier credits/month, while your saved RFQs and sourcing history stay in your account. Upgrade whenever you need more credits or Professional features. You can review the available plans on our pricing page.
Will I receive reminders?
We send your setup guide and occasional help for your next unfinished step, with at most one help reminder per 24 hours. You can stop all getting-started reminders from your signed-in setup card on this page.
