Follow these steps to add Source365 to your Outlook. Personal install needs no admin approval.

Download the manifest file
Click the button below to download the Source365 manifest file (.xml). This file tells Outlook where to load the add-in from, and it contains no sensitive information.

Open Outlook and go to Add-ins
In Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com or outlook.live.com), open any email and click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the toolbar. Select "Get Add-ins" or "Manage Add-ins".
Using the Outlook desktop app? Go to Home → Get Add-ins in the ribbon.

Select "My add-ins" and upload
In the Add-ins dialog, click "My add-ins" in the left sidebar. Scroll down to "Custom add-ins" and click "+ Add a custom add-in" → "Add from file...".

Select the manifest file
Choose the manifest.xml file you downloaded in step 1. Outlook will warn you that it's a custom add-in. Click Install to proceed.

Open Source365 in an email
Open any procurement inquiry email. You will now see the Source365 icon in the Outlook toolbar. Click it to open the taskpane and sign in with your Microsoft account.
